This is a Current U.S. Government issue Enhanced Tactical Load Bearing Vest. It has two main pouches on each side that will hold M4, M16, AR15 magazines, below that is a pouch designed to hold one grenade. The padded shoulder straps are adjustable and there are two adjustable buckles on the front. The webbing on each side is also adjustable. At the bottom there are loops to secure this to your belt. These have been stored for a while but they are in great shape and have not seen combat.
